Food Products
Due to safety concerns and perishability, food products purchased through cannot be returned. These products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, do not open it. Contact us immediately to arrange for a return and replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please provide a photo of the damaged item along with the order number to facilitate the process.

Non-Food Items
We accept returns of non-food items such as apparel and accessories. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75 as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute items in the rare event the original product is unavailable. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and at no additional cost to you.

For returns, ship your product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
